Useful records, honest limits.

House Receipt helps you organize a personal history of completed home service. It does not diagnose repairs, verify contractors, provide insurance advice, or guarantee warranty coverage.

Your responsibility

You control the accuracy of your records and backups. Keep original invoices where a contractor, warranty provider, insurer, or law requires them. Do not rely on House Receipt as your only copy of essential evidence.

One-time unlock

The paid license unlocks unlimited receipts and encrypted archives for the product’s supported lifetime. The displayed price is charged once, not as a subscription. Checkout and refunds are handled by Sociobot/Dodo, the merchant of record. A refunded or revoked license stops unlocking paid features.

Availability and liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Sociobot is not liable for lost records, missed service dates, contractor disputes, property damage, or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for lawful records you are entitled to store. These terms may change for future versions; the effective date will be updated.
